Dr. Zeina Ghossoub began her career as a clinical dietitian, earning her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition and Food Sciences at the American University of Beirut — one of the most rigorous programs in the Middle East. From the beginning, she was drawn not just to the science of the body, but to the psychology behind how people actually change.
That curiosity led her to pursue coaching before the field was mainstream, becoming ICF-accredited in 2006 and earning her PhD in Human Behavior and Counseling from Capella University in 2016. She was among the first to hold an MCC designation in Lebanon — the highest credential the International Coaching Federation awards.
In 2018, she founded the ICF Chartered Chapter Lebanon, building institutional infrastructure for the coaching profession in the region. She simultaneously built Vie Saine, a wellness and healthcare center in Beirut, and co-founded Vital Signs Vital Skills in Houston, Texas — bridging her Middle East practice with the US market.
Today, as Global President of Executive Woman and a faculty member at the College of Executive Coaching in California, she works with leaders and organizations internationally. The PEACE Method™ is the synthesis of everything she has learned — a framework built not from theory, but from 25 years of real work with real people in real crisis.
